Photo Sketch Automates Bad Photo Mash-ups

Okay, not sure if this is/was legit and what the deal is.  Either way, an interesting concept.  Photoshop Sketch Program that automates searching for images on line, cuts them out, and juxtaposes them based on the user's simple sketch input.
